Essential booking information for our Bilston venue for hire 

Flexible pricing options


Concert Hall  £150 (£70 deposit + £80 room hire)
Lounge £100 (£50 deposit + £50 room hire)


Additional charges

Non-member surcharge  £7 per booking


Deposit Policy

To secure your booking, we require the full deposit upfront. This deposit is split into two parts: £50 for the Lounge or £70 for the Concert Hall. The remaining balance is due at least two weeks before your event. 


Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a full refund if you cancel at least two months prior to your event.  If no damages occur or any of the T&C'S are broken during your event, we will return 100% of your deposit upon its conclusion, collectable two weeks after the event.

Additionally, you can receive an extra 50% room hire refund if your bar spend reaches £750, and another 50% refund if it reaches £1,500.

Health and Safety Considerations

  • Maximum Capacity – 190 people (Concert Hall) / 70 people (Lounge)
  • Normal Finishing Time –  Room must be vacated by 00:30 PM (Last Orders 11 PM, Bar closes at 11 PM)
  • Clean-Up Policy – All areas must be left clean and tidy after your event, with decorations removed and disposed of properly. 
  • Catering – Own catering can used but we can do basic catering if required - burgers, chips, hot dogs, onion rings.
  • Drinks from the bar – Only Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks purchased from our bar are to be consumed on the property
  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all Health and Hygiene regulations relating to catering are observed.
