Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit upfront. This deposit is split into two parts: £50 for the Lounge or £70 for the Concert Hall. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible refund policy. If no damages occur during your event, we will return 50% of your deposit upon its conclusion.
Additionally, you can receive an extra 25% refund if your bar spend reaches £750, and another 25% refund if it reaches £1,500.
Health and Safety Considerations
- Maximum Capacity – 190 people (Concert Hall) / 70 people (Lounge)
- Normal Finishing Time – 11:30 PM (Bar closes at 11 PM)
- Clean-Up Policy – All areas must be left clean and tidy after your event, with decorations removed and disposed of properly.
- Catering – Can do basic catering - burgers, chips, hot dogs, onion rings.
- Drinks from the bar – Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are available
- It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all Health and Hygiene regulations relating to catering are observed.
